SNOW!!!

Well, we are officially in snow season. We are supposed to get a couple inches today. It fell pretty steadily this morning and stuck right away. This will be my first day of driving on slick roads this year. Of course, Jacob wanted to go out and play. He got all dressed up in his coat and boots and we bundled him up with his red mittens and red hat.. red being the important thing here... his favorite color. He mowed the grass, ahem.. leaves, snow and deck, as well as camped in his teepee for a while to get out of the snowfall. He came inside after about 15-20 minutes and had some hot chocolate with dada before he headed off to work.

Logan has been feeling a little under the weather this past week. He has had a cold as well as a temp pushing 104 this weekend. He had a session this morning with Carrie, his interventionist, and is now resting up for a full day of taking Jacob to preschool, going to the mall, Target, and Sam's Club, a stop at the Doctor's office, then back to pick up Jacob, home for dinner, play time, baths, and bed.

I am currently cooking some chicken nuggets and fries for lunch before we are off to school. I need to go gather the coats, hats, mittens, snow pants, boots, backpacks, extra clothes (for Logan) and blankets (for Logan's nap cot) and load and warm up the car before we head off to school. Being a mom is busy work! I better get going!!
